Service Description

Cost is $12 PER PERSON plus HST = $13.56 for ages 2+. **Tour MUST be paid for at time of booking online via payment online or e-transfer to rubysacres@gmail.com (much better for us!)** If paying online is an issue, please contact us. Indulge in a unique and unforgettable experience with our Alpaca Mingle at Ruby's Acres Alpaca Farm. Get up close and personal with our charming alpacas, feed them grain or veggies, and even give them showers in the summer. Whether it's taking selfies or simply giving them some attention, this experience is perfect for unforgettable memories and great photos. Join us for a fun and interactive time with our playful alpacas! Things to consider before booking: *Dress for the weather. Everything is outside. *Please use washroom facilities before you leave your house. We do have onsite outdoor washroom during the warmer months. *Please leave your dog at home. Alpacas are afraid of dogs. If you MUST bring your dog, then it must remain at the vehicle area with someone from your group. Cancellation/Refund Policy: *No refund for no shows. *100% refund with 48hrs or more notice, Minus online booking fee. *50% refund 24hrs or less. Minus online booking fee. ** If you book and did not read the cost per person and paid online, and changed your mind and want a refund, we will refund you but will keep the credit card processing fee in booked online. Weather situations: Rain sucks! We look out the window and at the weather radar. If it is going to rain, we can give you the option of reschedule. If its spitting a wee bit, dress for it and lets get some fresh air! If we need to cancel because of very inclement weather, you will be fully refunded or given the choice to reschedule.
