Alpaca Walking Experience

Service Description

Minimum is 2 people per walk and maximum is 5 people, price is $30 PER PERSON plus HST = $33.90. Tour MUST be paid for at time of booking online via credit card or you can e-transfer (rubysacres@gmail.com). If this is an issue, please contact us. Get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy a quiet nature walk with your new alpaca friend. We have 5 male alpacas that we currently use for walking: Scotch, Whiskey, Roxxus, Phantom and Remy. While on a guided tour, you get to lead your alpaca down a path on our property as we explore some of the neat things we have found left on our property from the past 100 years. Each walk session is 1 hour long and includes education, the walk, providing treats to your new friend and a visit in the store afterwards. Things to consider before booking: *Sometimes our alpacas can get a bit feisty, so good mobility is essential. *Dress for the weather. Everything is outside. *Available to persons age 12 and up, but MUST book with an adult. *Please use washroom facilities before you leave your house. *Please leave your pooch at home. Alpacas are naturally afraid of dogs. If you MUST bring Fido, then (s)he must remain at the vehicle area with someone from your group. Cancellation/Refund Policy: *No refund for no shows. *100% refund with 48hrs or more notice, Minus online booking fee. *50% refund 24hrs or less. Minus online booking fee. Weather situations: We will tour, rain or shine (dress for the weather!). If we need to cancel because of very inclement weather (Thunderstorm, heavy rains, snow storms) we will reschedule your tour.
