Minimum is 2 people per walk, price is $30 PER ALPACA plus HST = $33.90. Tour MUST be paid for at time of booking online via credit card or you can e-transfer (rubysacres@gmail.com). If this is an issue, please contact us. PLEASE WEAR CLOSED TOED FOOTWEAR. Unwind and escape the hustle and bustle of the city with our Alpaca Walking Experience at Ruby's Acres Alpaca Farm. Take a serene nature walk with one of our friendly alpacas - whether it's with Roxxus, Phantom, Remy, Argo, Prosper, High Kurumba, Maverick, Scotch, Whiskey, or our young llama, Jake. It's a unique and peaceful way to connect with nature and make unforgettable memories. This 1-hour session includes education, the walk itself, the chance to provide treats to your new friend, and a visit to our store afterward. Don't miss out on this unforgettable experience! Things to consider before booking: *Sometimes our alpacas can get a bit feisty, so good mobility is essential. *Dress for the weather. Everything is outside. *Available to kids to walk, but MUST book with an adult. *Please use washroom facilities before you leave your house. *Please leave your pooch at home. Alpacas are naturally afraid of dogs. If you MUST bring Fido, then (s)he must remain at the vehicle area with someone from your group. Weather situations: Rain sucks. We don't like it, nor do the animals really want to be in it. We look out the window and we look at the radar map. If it is going to rain, we can reschedule.
